I think that was a great ending, funny but still keeping the emotion.

It could be just me, but did anyone else find it weird that JD mentions at the top of the show that everyone around the hospital seemed to be happy lately? Did a show air out of order or something? Because Laverne's death I don't believe caused happiness.

I don't even watch the show a lot and I noticed that too. Sounds like a script was written out of synch with the arc.

I think they just conveniently forgot about Laverne. Elliot's "I love you" arch fit in. But I missed several episodes this season, so I'm not sure if Todd being a plastic surgeon fit or not.
I usually like the "His/Her Story" episodes, but I didn't like this one very much. They focused on the characters that are far too one note. Jordan can have depth, but they went about it wrong. But Todd and whatshisface are only good for their one-dimension-ness.

It wasn't a bad episode, but I'm still just wondering what the heck happened with this season.
I have yet to find an answer.

Last week's episode, though, was ALL about how Laverne's death affected everybody.
But yeah, I see what you mean.

TV Guide's reporting it's looking likely that the last season will, indeed, air on ABC.
Though it all depends on what NBC's pilots are looking like for next season.

Exactly I would hate to lose the show if they planned on a 7th season, as the 6th season doesn't really seem to be wrapping up the story.

Oh, good. Though I wonder if they're going to actually wrap that up or if they're going to leave it hanging.

bill lawerence the creator said that he has written a cliff hanger for season 6 because he said that if nbc doesn't pick them up ABC will.

What. The. Fuck.
How can they be going through THIS shit again?
Give me a fucking break. JD is the biggest moron on the face of the hypothetical planet in which Scrubs exists.

Ok, that is such complete crap. JD only wants her when she's happy with another guy? I'm sorry, but this has been done at least twice on this show before.

As much as I actually think Elliot and Keith make a great couple, JD and Elliot, like the episode even said, are this show's Ross and Rachel.
The JD/Elliot thing has been off for a while, and it was bound to come up some time.
I actually loved tonight's episode. One of the best, it not the THE best, of the season for me.

This is actually worse than Ross and Rachel. Much. Much. Much worse.
I don't even know how it is POSSIBLE for Elliot to even think about getting back together with JD. After their two previous relationships lasted a week or less and in the last one he told her to leave her boyfriend cause he loves her and 2 hours later says he doesn't after it is too late.
This is the dumbest thing ever. I hated how often the Ross and Rachel crap came up during the series, but this is even more illogical than anything on Friends.

Oh, and I thought it was a good episode too. Just the ending was just... I see where they are going and it's completely horrible.

But the show has laid the foundation for this. You think JD and Elliot shouldn't end up together in the end? Just because their previous attempts at a relationship didn't work?
You're bugging me, Squee.

Basing off of how those relationships ended up not working out, then HELL YES THEY SHOULDN'T END UP TOGETHER!
This isn't some thing where one of them makes a mistake. This is JD saying he loves Elliot, and then telling her 1 day later that he doesn't, in fact, love her. I just can't see how she would allow him to trick her again.
If they end up together in the series finale Im just going to assume they broke up in 2 days, cause there's no way it would ever last based on the previous seasons.

We could keep this going, but then I realize we're arguing about an on-screen relationship like a couple of girls.
But you're still, like, totally bugging me, Squee.
