That was inevitable since NATM made so much money. Hell it beat a pixar flick & superman.
But something tells me it won't do as much as NATM. Well actually we have to wait for dvd sales first and then see when the flick will release.

The first one was about as enjoyable as stuffing my trucks with Rabies infected Scorpions. I'll be passing.

I can't believe you would rather have everyone know that you made a typo instead of trying to get everyone to believe that you were rich and had several trucks that you could stuff with rabies infected scorpions.

My thoughts. It was a good old film, but it wasn't near amazing or even half great, and producers need to learn to leave films alone.

I'm surprised it took this long to even get a mention of a sequel. It will be very, very difficult to get the legs of this one, but with inflation, even if it drops 25% in admissions, it'll still do $200 m + by then. It is Fox's 3rd biggest film EVER outside of SW, so you can't blame them for the sequel. And they haven't made a sequel to ID4, and Home Alone has already had enough sequels, so they could pull 2 more films from this I think. I just hope they don't make the same mistake that I feel Narnia is making, by switching to the summer. I just have a gut feeling that Narnia 2 will do $100 m more with a winter release, than a summer one. Oh well...

A sequel is obvious. Anyways, I enjoyed NATM, very fun and entertaining, and rewatchable but instead of making a sequel that will most likely suck, make something original, and fun and entertaining..just like the first.
