 Remember TROY's shitty score? heres the rejected score, which is fuckin oscar worthy, by gabriel yared.

I hated Horner's score. It just didn't fit the movie at all. It seemed like they were trying to distance themselves from anything arty in favor of being more Hollywood friendly. Funny, because the "arty" Hans Zimmer score for Gladiator worked pretty damn well.

Troy's score was possibly the worst score I have ever heard.
I hate the crying whiney woman score that is so prevalant in all films with desert.

Agreed, except the beginning of Borat, where I'm guessing it was played for laughs to a certain extent.
