Best Picture - Drama The Departed
Actress - Drama Helen Mirren - The Queen
Actor - Drama Forest Whitaker – The Last King Of Scotland
Best Picture - Mus/Com Little Miss Sunshine
Actress - Mus/Com Meryl Streep - The Devil Wears Prada
Actor - Mus/Com Sacha Cohen – Borat: Cultural Learnings Of America For Make Benefit Glorious Nation Of Kazakhstan
Supp. Actress Jennifer Hudson - Dreamgirls
Supp. Actor Eddie Murphy - Dreamgirls
Animated Film Happy Feet
Foreign Language Film Letters From Iwo Jima
Best Director Martin Scorsese – The Departed
Screenplay Babel
Score Babel
Song "Listen" - Dreamgirls

My LMS choice is weird, I know. Everything against it, but there must be a surprise, and I don't see anything else. Dreamgirls will be the biggest winner, though. But Departed takes the most important two awards.

I'm so happy.

Penelope looks so amazing on the red carpet. So elegant. I'm torn because I feel there were three superb performances this year... Winslet, Cruz, and Mirren... I want them all to win so badly.

This is what perplexed me and annoyed me about Mirren sweeping literally EVERYTHING. This year's actress lineup is one of the most solid, strongest actress line ups I've seen in a long time. It's better than both last year and the year before at least. And everyone in the entire world seems hell bent on recognizing Mirren, and giving nothing to the rest of the terrific performances.

Peace,
Mike.

I'm not a huge fan of Rinko Kikuchi's dress.

Anyone spot Elizabeth Perkins?

For some reason, I love that woman. She is one of my favorite actresses of all time for absolutely no reason. She floors me and she isn't even that attractive. It was awesome seeing her.

You must not have seen her at the BFCA's and Satellite Awards. Kikuchi always dresses badly.

Peace,
Mike.

Cruz is looking hotter and hotter these days. Rinko is cute but has a shocking dress sense. Yunjin Kim looks good.

Ah, I see the kate shot. Well that's how she's looked the past few years, I've gone off her. Not ugly but she's lost her charm for me.

Angelina Jolie looks like she's ready to burn a hole through someone with her devil eyes. She looks like she's trying to contain a fury.

Peace,
Mike.

loyal, old buddy, sorry to interrupt your party, but I just wanted to let you know that it's Marty's year, and that'll be clear tonight. I don't mean to dash your Dreamgirls hopes, but it's Marty's year.

Carry on.

Oh come ON

"Listen" is such a good song, you're going to give it to the random Prince song from Happy Feet?
