I really really really really really like this series. Seriously, the last time I have been so excited for each episode was the first season of Lost.

I have an episode of Lost in my Itunes folder that I can't bring myself to watch. so sad.
I feel that I was sort of late to the Heroes train, as the first few eps left me cold. But I dug the hell out of the last 2.

I could only watch the most recent episode on there, so I downloaded them all. Having seen them all, it really is a great show, each episode has been betterthen the one before it. The last episode had me going "Jesus this is gonna be a great show!" more then a couple times.

The only thing I dislike about this show is the widescreen format, I hate the bars at the top and bottom, it's distracting. That's a problem with a bunch of shows these days though.

I can't blame you. My family didn't know very much about it, but it came with the TV we bought so we upgraded (This Christmas we might be getting a flat screen). I mistakenly came to love it. The real differences are when it comes to sports and movies. I can never watch a sporting event again in regular definition unless I have to. The same can be said when it comes to the movie channels, although I don't plan on upgrading to Blu-Ray or HD-DVD anytime soon. With regular shows (Exceptions are tv shows that could be movies; Heroes, ER, etc.) it's almost pointless, although it looks very nice.

Yeah but even if it's the best thing ever, it's odd for a 3rd placed network to be catering to a niche and making the picture awkward and annoying for the majority of their viewers.

It seems too early for this show to already be killing off main cast members, I kind of hope she didn't die.

She might still be alive. The question is what did he do. I think he put his hands on her heart. Might have just knocked her out. We shall see. Oh I knew that girl who befriend the scientist was a mole. She just seemed way too nice and came out of no where.

Oh and Claire's biological parents?
Those have gotta be plants and not her actual parents.

I didn't see no blood. I think she is still alive because she is mentioned talking to a friend about her problems in the TV guide preview. And yeah I think Claire's parents were plants.

It seemed obvious to me that they were plants. I liked DL's power, but I gotta say I was sorta bored throughout the episode. I wouldn't mind if Niki was dead, she really wasn't doing anything for me.

Niki isn't dead, but I wish she was. Her character is by FAR my least favorite which made the fact that this episode was based around her less fun.
DL saved the episode for me. All in all I give it a B+

Wasn't he great though? He kept the threatening nature he's established as the henchman while really forming a believable, caring father. Good stuff.

I thought this last episode was okay. It was interesting to learn the girl is working for the dad but overall the episode didn't expand the story that much. I'm a little annoyed at the pacing of the show. I feel the storylines are just moving to slow for an hour show. We didn't even see the cop or the flying guy. I hope they speed up pacing and get things moving otherwise general viewers may become disinterested in the slowness of it all.

I still really liked the episode last night.
I don't think Nikki's gone... She's the muscle of the group, they need someone who can do combat, and they've spent too much time on her to just let her go that quickly. I think the theory that heroes can't die without their brains being taken out or something could be right here, she'll be back to life momentarily.

Me either. Both DL and Nikki bore me, it was like watching Jericho during the whole Nikki/DL stuff. I'm also not a fan of Claire's father and his whole subplot. Claire will be a lot more interesting once/if she gets away from her family. On a positive note, Hiro's friend gets more interesting every episode, that actor is doing a good acting job, making his minor part seem better than it is written.
However, it might just be because Arsi was talking in my ear the whole time.
