Erika. Shit. This could spell trouble for the heroes.

Great result with Erika getting it. Chilltown is fun and Mike cracks me up but Erika is the clear underdog now and her surviving keeps it exciting.

CG is gone. Hopefulyl Janelle is allowed to compete in the next HOH or gets the veto next week.

Janelle won't be able to play in next HOH, I don't think, but I believe she made the right decision to win HOH this week. I don't think she would have won that knot POV (and she didn't as HOH), so she would have been gone this week. Next week's POV is almost MORE powerful than the HOH, because you are safe and you are the sole person voting to evict, and will choose who goes to final 3 with you.

All in all, my dream of Janelle and Will being in final 2 is looking better and better.

This is how the episode went down, for those who want a recap:

- Danielle evicted by a vote of 3-0 (she knew it was coming)
- Danielle's exit was wonderful. Danielle was great with both the houseguests and Julie.
- Janelle then won the HOH hands down (she smoked the other 3) in a question and answer that required you to answer either "Male" or "Female"
- Janelle put up Erika and George for eviction, in an attempt to get Erika out
- Erika wins the Golden Power of Veto; Will narrowly misses it
- Boogie is put up on the block in Erika's place
- Both Will and Erika vote to evict George (2-0)

- Julie Chen says that the new HOH will be on SUNDAY
- And the next live eviction will be on TUESDAY

So then I think that means the final 3 HOH showdown begins on Thursday, and is narrowed down to final 2 on the sunday, and then Tuesday (Sept 12) as we know is the finale.

Best case scenerio next week is that Erika wins HOH, Janelle wins POV, and then one of Will or Boogie HAS to go (only 2 left to put on the block), and with Janelle voting, Boogie will leave. Janelle can then take claim to single handedly splitting Chilltown up (like I said, POV this upcoming week is almost more powerful than HOH - you choose final 3).

I've actually changed my mind now. Boogie needs to go. Erika needs to stay so Janelle can take her to final 2 and hands down win the game. Heh.

If Boogie leaves in this upcoming eviction, Janelle may not even have to win the final HOH to make final 2. If Erika wins, she may actually take Janelle to the final 2, because she knows there is no way in hell she would ever, ever win against Dr. Will. She wouldn't win against Janelle at all either, but she would at least theoretically have a better chance. Plus, she has no "emotional" connection to Will. And Will may take Janelle to the final 2 because he's Will and wants to beat the best of the best. I think his goal is to not win a single HOH or POV competition in the game (check) and then beat the audience favourite Janelle in the final 2 if he can't take Boogie with him (so far he is still pushing to keep Janelle for final 3! Isn't that crazy? Makes me think he wants Janelle there, so if Boogie doesn't win, Will will make final 2 anyways, and he can be in final 2 with another player that he wants to be there with).

Jesus. Just seconds away from that skank leaving (Erika) . I thought for a second that Will had won it, but then remembered about the disconnecting rule. It was weird to see Will actually going for it and not throwing it like pretty much every other competition. I'm concerned that the final two will end up being the worst case scenario, Boogie and Erika, since Erika has a good chance at winning HOH this week against only Will and Boogie (Janelle will go if she doesn't win Veto) and then she will own in the endurance/balance test and question and answer in the final HOH. To have Janelle and Will in the final four and not have either of them make it to the final two would be crushing. Only one of them has to make it there and they are the victors, hands down.

Anyway, am I the only person here who thinks Janelle has the $500,000 in the bag? If she makes it to the end, I really think she can beat anyone. Will's already won, so I doubt most of the jury will want to write him another check. Mike is a poor man's Will, and has made enemies with most of the players. And Erika's...well....yeah...

I dont know what Mike is thinking but if he goes againts Will in the final two... He aint winning, no chance at all even if Will as already won, hes the best player in the house. He need to work with Erika only because he isnt winning againt Jannelle either.

I agree with that. He seems kind of stuck. It's almost too late for him to change his alliance with Will but if he thinks he will win against Will or Janelle in the final he's dreaming.

Serisouly, if Mike wants the money, he needs Erika, because anyone, anyone would win against her.

Tuesday, Libs. I say the veto ceremony will be live and anti-climatic. Then, there will be the live vote and eviction.

The reason I believe the veto ceremony will be live is that A.) I think it's been live for the final veto ceremony for the past few seasons, and B.) they don't have a whole lot more footage to air with just four people.

Yeah POV ceremony will be live. They might just have Janelle remove herself from the block then cast her vote to evict right there, I don't really recall how they did it last year. Then the first part of the final three HoH comp will begin (endurance) with the conclusion/final eviction on Thursday (no show Sunday). Wow this has been a quick whittling down of the last few houseguests.

I hope they spend a lot of the remainder of the show showing what's happening in the Jury House, which was hit by a hurricane last Friday...they never did show James' arrival, and now Dani/CG should be there as well. That's assuming if they're still there and not staying at a motel in LA.

Haha I would feel mildly bad for Erika if she got evicted after the veto was used, considering she got evicted by Alison in the liveveto ceremony during their season.

Of course, for live veto ceremonies, nothing will top Marcellas not using the veto on himself and then getting voted out and him freaking out. Bwahahahaa.

The obvious best scenerio for her (or anyone) would be to go to the finals with Erika, but Will definitely knows how to talk his way out of a problem. He could remind her that the jury is pissed off because of him and they wouldn't want to give the $500,000 to the only previous winner in the house.

But whatever happens, happens I guess. Even though she'd be a sucker to vote Erika out, I really hope she does, just because a Will/Janelle finale would be awesome....and a possible Erika/Mike finale makes me want to jump off a 72 story building.[/spoil]

*SPOILERS* (About POV winner and strategy talk)

[spoil]Cotton, hasn't the POV not occured on TV yet? I'm not entirely sure, since I didn't watch the entire sunday show, but if so, you are posting spoilers in the non-spoiler forum.

Janelle can technically just evict Erika now, and then choose to bring Boogie to the final 2. That way she makes sure Erika has no chance of winning (and she really dislikes Erika's fakeness and dishonesty), and she gets Will out. The only problem is that with Will in the jury and Boogie in the final 2, Will can badmouth Janelle and give props about Boogie and try to sway the jury. Vice versa as well.

Her best chance would be obviously to evict Will now, then take Erika to the final 2. That way she is absolutely guaranteed the win. This seems doubtful though, and here's the problem.

This problem is trust and misconceptions.

Erika has broken her trust with Janelle, so Janelle feels she can longer trust her, and therefore any begging and deals that Erika is trying to make now with Janelle (even if Erika is making total sense strategically) is not quite registering with Janelle because Janelle quite simply does not trust Erika at all.

Janelle also believes that Erika has a chance of winning against her because Janelle believes Erika is generally well-liked among the jury (Janelle understandably believes the entire jury hates her - Janelle said to Will that she doesn't think can win against ANYBODY in the finals, so Janelle is just playing to help those she hates least now). Yes, she really said that. Janelle has had to go the entire season with people in the house hating her, badmouthing her and wanting her out of the house. So, she doesn't think she can win against Erika, which I believe is a misconception. It's too bad for Janelle, but it's understandable.

Janelle also believes that she has a 50/50 chance of beating Will, so she may be underestimating Will's power to make the jury vote for him (not sure yet - I still think Janelle can win against Will - I believe Janelle will get Howie/George/Marcellas's votes, and then probably Danielle's or James' as well, to win at least 4-3).

Janelle also knows that regardless of who is in the final 3 with her, she has nobody to help her anyways; she has to win the final HOH to secure herself in the top 2. Nobody will take her there. Erika is trying to promise Janelle that she would take her to the final 2 if Janelle evicts Will this week and saves her, but Janelle does not believe Erika. She keeps telling Erika that she already broke her trust.

So, I think the final 3 will be Janelle, Mike and Will, and that Janelle would take Will to the final unless Erika can do more talk with Janelle before Tuesday. Erika has become really mopey in the house; they're all comparing her to Danielle now, who also got all mopey and weird in the house when she knew she was going. Boogie's being an idiot and is upset that Erika is campaigning against Will. Is Boogie an idiot? Of course Erika is going to try and keep herself in the house; she doesn't want to end 4th again. If Boogie were in the position he'd do the same thing.

By the way, contrary to what the show is trying to project, Will doesn't have Janelle "wrapped around his finger". If you watched the sunday show, you can see that Erika is the one begging to embarrass herself, because she is the one going to the diary room and professing her love for Boogie and saying she thinks there are genuine feelings between them (Erika is going to be really embarrassed after the show ends to see that Boogie is completely playing her). Janelle is not doing anything like that, and is still suspicious of their motives.

Janelle is no doubt being influenced by him, because Janelle enjoys being around Will because Will is the only fun one left in the house (Boogie and Erika are both too serious and mopey!), but it's hard to be manipulated at this point when there are only 4 people left. Janelle knows what is going on and what Erika, Will and Boogie are like (the sunday episode showed that a bit too). My point is that if Janelle brings Will to the final 2, it is NOT because Will "manipulated" her into doing it, it's because Janelle wanted to do it, because she usually likes being around him and because she thinks she has a legitimate chance beside him in the final 2. Janelle told Will that she doesn't need the money, she's already paid everything off, and that she feels she could lose against anybody left in the final 2. So, she might as well bring Will, who she actually wants to be friends with and enjoys being with stuck in that house. Will has offered to help Janelle invest her money when the game is over, because they have talked about how Janelle has just got her real estate licence. Boogie also told Janelle right after the show ends, before she flies back home, he wants to pay her to help teach his restuarant waitresses how to do things right, or something like that. Janelle agreed, said she will. So, Will very much likes Janelle as well; you can tell. He does things that he does not have to do for strategy. They both have admitted to enjoying eachother's company being stuck in the house.

My break down of what I think the jury would do at the moment if Will and Janelle are in the final 2 (which I think what is likely to happen, if Janelle wins final HOH):

- Chicken George (said he would vote for Janelle in the end; it definately feels like George regards Janelle like a daughter figure, and he definately admires Janelle's hardwork to stay in the game, much like George did the one week to win POV and stay in the game early on)

- Howie (This is a guaranteed Janelle vote, for obvious reasons)

- Mike (This is a guaranteed Will vote, for obvious reasons)

- Erika (Will probably vote for Will, out of bitterness against Janelle)

- James (who will vote for Janelle, since Janelle and James are actual friends in REAL life, and James will admire all the HOH/veto wins that he usually does. He could vote for Will, though. James is the biggest toss-up, I believe.)

- Marcellas (who said once he exited the house that he would always ultimately love Janelle despite the trashy things he said about her in the house. If Janelle is against Will, it seems likely Marcellas would vote for Janelle. Will was never someone that Marcellas has liked; he wanted him gone.)

- Danielle (who said on the Early Show that she would vote for Janelle in the end. If it were Boogie sitting beside Janelle in the end, then I do believe Danielle might vote for Boogie, but Danielle had much less of a relationship with Will, and quite frankly I don't think she likes him at all. Will stands for everything Danielle does not stand for. Danielle said she will vote for the best player, but when it comes to Will and Janelle, they are both such great players, so I see an emotional influence coming out. Most importantly, Danielle is the one person that doesn't fall for Will's bullshit. She can see through him.)

In the end, I see Janelle having the edge.
