SR will make at least 2B-3B for TW(thanks to the movie, 500 license partners, TW merchandising from Superboy and Smallville etc), so POTC II should make at least 1B by itself from HV, merchandising and everything.
We will see, if the OS gross isnt too big and HV doesnt sell 20+M units like the first, then POTC III will be the film that profitability rides on.

Actually according to Hwood Reporter Disney will spend 650-700+M
for the two films including advertising and prints WW, so the break even point is closer to 1.3-1.4B.
So its a nice gamble for the mouse.

OS BO can reap 400,500, 600 and even up to 700M for SR.
