Oh, come on. WOM to a well-liked movie only gets better and better with time. Every time.

Friday- Yes
3-Day- Yes
Opening Day- NO
As big as Pirates will be, it's not getting $50 million on Friday.

One of the reviews at Rotten Tomatoes speaks of something some people here have feared ever since the trailer came out: there's too much CGI, too much emphasis on the fantasy elements.

Some new clips from DMC to be seen here:
http://movies.go.com/movies/media?name= ... t%20Disney
Wow. Disney's actually giving us clips from the movie! YAY!
Tonight I had a couple friends and my aunt over to watch CotBP. Man, was that fun. I let my aunt borrow my DVD afterward, though, 'cause this was the first time she'd seen it, but everyone else had already seen it and they got a bit... loud during some scenes.
But boy we had so much fun. Before everyone got there, we played around with my new 3-in-1 PotC game (Chess, Checkers, and Pirates/Liar's dice) I got at Target today while we grooved to the PotC remix album I purchased from iTunes last night.
I bought the peanut and regular PotC-themed M&Ms, so while we watched the movie, we sucked on Jack's Gems...
Man, I can't wait 'til next weekend!!!

"Shall we spill blood... I mean ink?"
"If this were a dream, there would be rum."
 Fantastic.
The big wheel scene was also very funny. I really can't wait.
