Ryan Reynolds has some great expressions and good comedic timing, as well as Anna Farris. The jokes, though, seemed far too sexual and crude for a PG-13 film. Even if they had to be, they weren't even that funny to begin with.

I really didn't think this movie actually had many jokes at all. It seemed like some sort of cable tv show.

Anna Faris provided the 3 or 4 only jokes in the entire movie.

With the story line, i just got a feeling throughout the whole movie of Who Actually Cares?

It could have been so much more, but it chose a much more shallow and cheap cop out. Doesn't eman that the result is bad. It's standard fluff. With a premise like this that EVERY guy can relate to, it could and should have been better. Reynolds shines as always. I love his presence on screen. And even he is outdone by Anna Farris. I think I'm falling in love with her...

Not funny at all for me. Reynolds was annoying and not even Amy Smart could get me interested in the movie. A minor disapointment. D

After Van Wilder an Waiting, you know if you like Ryan Reynolds or not, but hes certainly the best he's been here. His timing and dryness are getting better each film. Farris is hysterical, and it makes you wish the movie was more about their chemistry rather than Smart. But Smart is perfect in the role, that is all too familiar. I think this will continue to grow as a christmas classic.
