I still think Emily Blunt should be supporting actress, and Kilcher in Lead actress.
Also, Jeffrey Wright has an excellent supporting role in Broken Flowers which should be noted.

Can someone please address this? I have my whole ballot ready for two days, but it has Blunt in supporting, since I'm 100% sure that's where she should be. And you know me and My SUmmer of Love.

dolce: If you think Blunt is a lead, that's fine. I don't think any of us have seen the movie, so naturally you would know best!

I don't. I said I thought she was supporting, and I'd just like the lists to be changed in case (I know, I know) someone else wants to vote for her. That way the votes aren't split. I'm putting her in supporting and sending my ballot off to you right now.

We don't have a separate Best Drama category. If the question is whether Pride & Prejudice is eligible for Best Comedy, I'd say definitely. I'd say any film is eligible for Comedy since humor is subjective; a film can be so bad that it made you laugh.

Blah. No fair....In Good Company should totally count as a 2005 film. It was in like 3 theaters for three days in 2004. Blah. Damn you technicalities!

Is Syriana's Screenplay Original or Adapted? The Acadamy has it as original, but everywhere else, it's adapted.

Original.
I think it's easier this way, because we've gotten a couple votes for Original Screenplay, but none for Adapted.
