That was a terrific episode, Lifehouse aside.

Hope Olivia gives Alex a STD, you just knew that Izzy was going to stumble upon them in the act.

Alex is an idiot.

Why does Olivia look so much like the girl from Blossom? It's not actually her, is it?

The girl who actually played Blossom, Miyam Biliak? Because she looks oooooold today, or Six, Jenna Von Oy? Either way I'm reasonably certain that neither is the actress that plays Olivia

Wow. Great episode.

You know what's just completely freaky?
During the segment before the last commercial break I was just thinking that they should start making episode arcs with patients or start having recurring patients. And then this episode becomes [unoficially] "to be continued..."

GREAT EPISODE!!!!

I'm just taken aback by how amazing this show is without really being extraordinary. It feels like an average, good show when you're watching, but towards the end of every episode I find myself thinking, "wow that turned out to be pretty damn great and better than I expected!"

This better get Emmy attention! Sandra Oh's nod last year (err this year) is really promising. It shows they wanted to sneak in something from the show even though it was a short lasting first season. It better be nominated next year!

Once again, amazing. If there's justice in the world, this show would match Housewives in ratings.

Alex. :nonono:

Meredith's one night stand-guy is such an idiot for turning to her and asking her details as to when he "came." Some manners, heh.

Anyone else think that what's wrong with Alex is that he's really fallen for Izzy and really nervous about how he's going to perform and the other girl was just easy, so he wanted to reaffirm what had been in question the previous night and earlier in the day?

And is it just me or is this Izzy second (if not more) time in which she shows disapproval of a patient's life choice or such? I can see this going somewhere if they have to choose among these interns at some point.

Although alot more peopl like Meredith this season, she's really starting to annoy me because she just doesn't do anything and is too much of a good too-shoe!

The only thing that annoys me about Meredith is that voice. I dunno.

Alex definitely has some issues with Izzy. A little insecure and intimidated by her, I see.

Yes, of course on Alex.

some comments on the show

- I really thought he was going to take that information and go to Izzy and just do her hard and nasty and not worry about any feelings.

- But since they went this way - I hope she never dates him again. Maybe they can play off the she won't let him forget his mistake but as the others are dating, movie her in a new direction. It would be pathetic if Izzy forgives him.

- Based on the show, wouldn't it be funny if Izzy and George had a drunken hook-up one night - that would be interesting for alot of the housemates.

- Wish Izzy would have taken off her shirt from the front, she looked hot undressing.

- What are pig-sty Christina is living in and what do you think Burke was thinking when she said > do you really think we should live together -thought he was going to come back and say great idea but his no comment doubt is interesting.

- How long before the Doctor, his wife and M have some uncomfortable 3 way interaction.

McDreamy's wife is now a series regular so there will be definitely more interactions with him and Meredith.

Another terrific episode!

I myself love Meredith and her voice.

As for Alex, I think it's obvious the reason he can't perform with Izzy is because he actually cares about her and since he was such a player it usually was just about sex for him before. Now I don't think he wants to disappoint her and is too nervous to have sex with her, even though he wants to. I think one reason he had sex with Olivia was to see if that is what the problem is, since he doesn't feel for her like he does for Izzy. I don't know, if I were Izzy I wouldn't forgive him right away for sure. I'd make him earn it over a long period of time, but would probably forgive him eventually. Once they get past the whole "him being too nervous to perform" thing I doubt he'd cheat on her again, he wouldn't be more likely than any other guy would be.

The next episode looks great, again!

Good. She's the hottest actor on the show.

I love how the writers of this show avoided the easy way out of making Addison some ice queen vixen.

I agree completely.
That makes up for alot of the other stuff that may be hard to swallow!

Hmmm... no one commented on the latest episode??

I thought it was really fantastic. Again, Housewives with a great episode (a rarity now) and Anatomy still tops it!!

A really nice holiday episode! I thought it was hilarious when Alex asked Izzy why she was helping him and she goes, "Because it's what JESUS woud FREAKIN' do!"

Best

Episode

of

the

Season!

I just can't explain how good this show is. It is SOOOO amazing.
I really want to give Emmys to all of them especially Sandrah Oh and the residence advisor, what's her name, the nazzi!!

Every single storyline was PITCH PERFECT in this episode. Seriously A+

I can't believe I even liked how it ended with what Shephard said... I mean I still think Meredith is the weakest of them all, but it's intriguing where this story is gonna go. It's been done before yes, buts omething's really different this time.
The tree lights last scene was hillarious!

Dare I say it's rivaling Lost for my favorite show of the season?

LoL, yes, that was one of my favorite parts. Or when she started to cry and Alex tried to console her and she says, "I don't even know you, I'm a farmer!" Izzy really is a great character and I'm glad she's getting more airtime.

Sandra Oh is growing on me, too. I didn't like her at all last season, but now she rivals Izzy as my favorite female character. She's just sooo funny and adorable. I really like her relationship with Burke, too.

Just when I think this show can't get any better, I see last night's episode.

I think, at this point, it has become my favorite show on TV.

Chandra Wilson as Dr. Miranda Bailey.

I smell an Emmy nomination for her.

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Christina Ricci will guest-star in a special episode of ABC's sophomore hit "Grey's Anatomy" slated to air February 5 after the network's broadcast of Super Bowl XL.

The plot for the episode of the medical drama is being kept under wraps. Ricci's character is said to be coming to Seattle Grace Hospital "not as a patient but in a life-and-death situation."

Ricci's rare TV series credits include a recurring role on Fox's "Ally McBeal" and a guest shot on NBC's comedy "Joey" last season, in which she played Joey Tribbiani's sister.

I can't wait for new episodes of Grey's Anatomy to return on January 15th with new episodes. Next Sunday a catch up special will air ala what that have had for Lost and Desperate Housewives in the past.
