I'm TRYING to get my done but it's harder than I though, since I only watch a few shows on a week to week basis. Some of the shows I'm nominating I've only seen one or two episodes this season.
Don't forget Lupe Ontiveros (Desperate Housewives) for best Guess Actress.

Don't forget Rod that I'm not at all looking for complete ballots here. Fill out what you can, and when you think you cannot fill out anymore, send it to me. No problem at all!

I always considered her to be the lead actress on the show, next to Zach Braff as lead actor. It's a tough call, I guess.
Also, we're now up to 12, including my ballot, which is quite good. I didn't actually think I'd crack 10, but a dozen is damn good. And I believe laneyboy is sending one, and maybe Box. I'm really, really glad, guys. It means a lot to me to get this thing going.

I put Sarach Chalke in the best supporting category, only because that's the way she's beng campaigned for the Emmys.

Yeah, but I want us all to come to a conclusion here. Don't forget, I don't want to go by every Emmy rule. If you guys think she deserves lead, leave her there.

I think she is lead, anyway. But I'd rather come to a consensus now and fix my ballot, so another actress can get a nomination in her spot.

Scrubs and Alias are two shows that totally deserve Emmy recognition that never get it,
Hopefully voters in KJ will be kinder.

I put her in lead, as did Goldie (it appears).

I think it's awesome we're getting more ballots than expected.
Let's just get this thing rolling, it's been over a month since the first thread came up. I want to VOTE!!!

I think next year, we should take out some of the categories that are harder to nominate in....
cause well..that turns some people off.
As for me, If i couldnt think of enough, i listed the ones I knew, and left the rest blank..sorry if you got mad at that X.

Just thought about this - what category does locke and others fall into on LOST.
Is LOST like Desperate Housewives where everyone is Lead.
You have Jack, Locke, Sawyer, Fat Guy, Satiee ( sp?) etc.

Personally, I think that is fine - especially since this is only for noms - half is better than no vote at all.

Ryan, I destroyed my monitor because of that. Grr.
No no, Goldie is right. Anything you sent is better than nothing at all, and I appreciate it. I know some categories are difficult, which is why I cut out the writing and directing categories. I think it was a bit easier this way, but I'll definitely have to start up a pre-award thread next year maybe a month in advance so we have lots of discussion and get everything sorted out before we start nominating.
Deadline is tomorrow guys, don't forget. After tomorrow, I want to get this rolling, just like Raffiki and everyone else.

For anyone trying to remember guest stars, don't forget that Ryan O'Neal did a good turn on Desperate Housewives and Elvis Costello, Sean Penn both guest starred on Two and a Half Men, if you saw that episode.
Also the name of Garner's father on Alias is Victor Garber.

Yes, like the ones where people have to name specific episodes, that is unlikely except for a few of the most die-hard fans of certain series.
And next time consider including one for best writing, as TV is very dialogue dependent.

Gahhh! Well, see, the first three years weren't very big. Last year was the biggest of the three years, and I didn't even ask for any help for categories and such. This was the first year, and it was tough to incorporate everyone's ideas. In case you didn't notice... you all have a lot of differing opinions. So, I'll definitely get this pre-awards deal going early next year, so we discuss everything needed to be discussed.

Heh you didn't do anything wrong. And I should have made these comments in the early stages of this.

Locke is supporting. As is Sawyer, Sayid, etc.
Jack and Kate are the only real leads, though I'm sure one could argue Kate for supporting.

This is the last day guys. After today, I won't be accepting nomination ballots, so PLEASE send them in today. If there's anyone who is going to send them today, let me know! If anyone plans on sending them and can't today, LET ME KNOW! Thanks.

Not having watched all of the shows - it is clear Kate is the main woman.
but looking at the shows casting, they are listed as an emseble cast.
so I am just asking
haven't Jack and LOcke both been the main leads during this year.
To me they seem equal
