Rush Hour
Rush HourQuote: Rush Hour is a 1998 American action comedy film and the first installment in the Rush Hour film series. Directed by Brett Ratner and starring Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker, Rush Hour was a major success and became the 7th top grossing film of 1998, with a gross of over $140 million dollars at the U.S. box office. Love this movie. Great entertainment, and Chris Tucker is just hilarious. A

Bah. Give me the Shanghai Noon movies. Still, this is WAAAAAY better than that catastrophic sequel. The less said there the better.

Best American Jackie Chan movie (even though its sequel and Shanghai Noon are all awfully close to each other) which is not saying too much. It is entertaining and the fight scenes are fun, but not as innovative as Chan used to be in his older flicks. Him and Tucker provide a good pairing and it is actually pretty funny at times, funnier than the sequel at least (which is why it edges it out)

The best buddy cop pairing since Gibson and Glover, who ended their franchise the same year it kicked off. Yes Chan has made better action movies, but he is still great, and Tucker is a great sidekick. I love these movies.
A, the sequel was great as well, and I can't wait for the third.

Why aren’t the Rush Hour movies on any streaming service?

Re: Rush Hour
Hmm maybe that means one of the upcoming apps like Paramount own the rights. I learned this lesson the hard way a few weeks ago when I spent $20 on The Hunt only to find out a week later that all of the BBC Earth content was going to Discovery.
