Shack presents: Ranking all the top 100 #1s of this decade
Instead of just doing a best pop list like zwackerm and Flav'd since it would just be a sea of Taylor, Kesha and Gaga, I will be ranking all 97 of the billboard #1s of the 2010s to date - The good, the bad, and the just plain forgettable.
11 weeks. What the fuck America? There are some Drake songs on this list that don't rank THAT low, but this song is everything annoying about him as his vocally distorted voice whines lyrics that go nowhere and a repetitive beat that unlike most of his songs is as annoying as what's coming out of his mouth. This might be one of the worst songs I've ever heard.

92. Post Malone feat. 21 savage - rockstar (Oct. 28-Dec 16 2017, 8 weeks)
Another huge hit I didn't understand. His follow up Psycho was slightly more appealing, but overall Post Malone is one of the least interesting artists I can think of.

I don’t like Gods Plan but there have been way worse number 1s (like the current one, and all the other ones you just named afterward). Gods plan is at least memorable.

91. Desiigner - Panda (May 7-14 2016, 2 weeks)
It's not the worst mumble rap type of song, but it's not all that good either. I think I remember it more for the white girls covering it on Youtube

I just did my own ranking. Songs move up and down my list based on how tired of certain ones I am. There are certain ones that used to be my favorite (mainly Adele songs) that I'm tempted to move significantly down. But I'm sad to see Pillowtalk so far down!

It's funny Beyonce isn't on this list outside of the Perfect feature. Her career in terms of both music and success has been very overrated the last 10 years

She should stop rapping and sing again.

Interesting idea. I would never call it a good song, but I’d have God’s Plan in the top half of Drake’s catalog, just for the line turn the 02 into an 03. Not sure what that means, but I like it.
I actually do like Black. Beatles and Boujee. Rockstar would be last on my list.
I like Panda ... when its used in Father Stretch My Heart Pt2. On its own meh.

I am not a fan of Rihanna after some of the iconic singles earlier in her career, but this one especially feels like a canned version of one of her songs.

While this list is a nice refresher of what was a hit at some point, Id still prefer a personal list that could include certain surprises here and there. Nonetheless, im curious and look forward to your top 10 of fav #1's

86. Bruno Mars - When I Was Your Man (April 20th 2013, 1 week)
The intentions are good and this should have been a great love song by Bruno, but it just ends up coming off like plastic elevator music. Bruno is kind of like the Marco Rubio of music
Re: Shack presents: Ranking all the top 100 #1s of this deca
85. Post Malone - Psycho (June 16 2018, 1 week)
I find it more listenable than rockstar, but this is about as high as I'll go for a guy who's songs are basically coming up with 5 seconds of a good melody and that's about it
The chorus is catchy I guess but overall is empty, and this sounds like some other songs to me. This is the type of song that feels like if a computer formula came up with a hit.

83. Black Eyed Peas - Imma Be (Mar 6-13 2010, 2 weeks)
I miss BEP but this just feels like a less interesting version of one of their My Humps or Boom Boom Pow type songs, which arguably was already their annoying side
