Post Oden or Durant
Which should go #1?

I don't follow CB away from March Madness all that much, but personally I would actually choose Durant. Mainly I find Oden is just a monster who stuffs in balls with his power, and I don't know if his game would work as strongly in the NBA. Durant on the other hand is pure talent and clutch, the guy seems like a Wade kind of player that could dominate games on his own during crunch-time in the future.

Anyways I guess it all depends on which team gets #1. Will be fun to track down the stretch.

Oden, for the simple fact that it's so much harder to find a dominate inside presence. Whenver you gotta choose between a potentical elite G/F or a potential elite 7ft C, you gotta go with the Center, it's just so much harder to find so when the opportunity is there you gotta go for it.

Durant.

Oden just doesn't put up much numbers and he may be a force in college to some degree but that's just it. He's just a very good college player. There isn't much about his game that screams...wow he's gonna be a dominant center in the nba. He'll certainly play in it but he won't be a star. Now Durant on the other hand has that special ability to make things happen for his team. He can take control of games and become the focus/shooter if need be. He'll be more than just a role player in the nba which is what Oden will probably end up being.

Dominant centers win championships - Oden has the potential to become one.

Dominant shooters win championships thanks to help from big centers and not on their own - Durant.

Isn't that right Kobe?

1. Oden
2. Durant
3. Hibbert

depends who gets #1. If the Bucks get it they're probably gonna go with Durant, since they already have Bogut at center.

Memphis will probably take Oden. How do you go from the #5 seed to not winning 20 games. They need him.

Unless neither Oden or Durant enters...

i'll be very suprised if the #1 pick didnt take oden. Of course i think durant is going to stay another year. Enjoy college guys its the last 4 years u can be a kid. I think durant realizes that. The money will always be there next year.

Durant is NOT staying another year. There's no point in doing so. He has a chance to be a first round pick, possibly the #1 pick. He was also chosen as the College Basketball Player of the Year I believe. Also, why would Durant stay when Oden isn't? They are both freshman. When the time is right you take it.

If Memphis wins the lottery, think Oden will be selected first.

If Boston or Milwaukee, I'd say Durant.

Get Oden trade Gasol for a couple solid players (Bulls want Gasol, try there) since he doesnt wanna be there anymore and you're back to a team that can win 50 a season.

Has to be Oden. He is at minimum a 16/12/2 guy and will immediately be the second or third best center in the league behind Yao.
