22 Jump Street kinda kills it
One of those rare great comedy sequels. At its funniest, funnier than the first, but also has more stretches where not much happens. Overall on par with 21JS. Wipes the floor with The Hangover 2. Miller and Lord are just so good. The one problem some may have with it, is that it is too self-aware sometimes.
Stay until the very end of the end credits!!

Re: 22 Jump Street kinda kills it
But I've heard it too many times. Anchorman 2 was supposed to be hilarious, and it wasn't anything special. The same for Meet the Fockers. These are both good, but not so hilarious that they beat the original.
I didn't love 21 Jump Street, but it was very funny. I was surprised by it more than anything. I'll definitely watch the sequel, but I will keep my expectations in check.
