 Edgar Wright Is No Longer Directing Ant-Man I imagine this will also result in a delay and possible departure of the cast, depending on how long the delay is and how tight their contracts are. Knowing Marvel they are both already signed on for 10 films. This really sucks though. So much of Edgar's time wasted when he could have been making another classic.

Edgar basically took this from the page up and was the one who convinced Marvel to take a chance on Ant-Man in the first place. Ten years they have been working on it, what could have possibly gone wrong this late in the game? They might as well scrap the whole movie now. It was probably gonna be a huge bomb even with Edgar, now it will even have the nerds against it. What a disaster.

I'd rather see him do an original, or even The Night Stalker, but he's put so much damn time into this movie that it would be such a shame to not see it through to the end.
