It'd be crazy if these people were actually still captive and one of them is trying to get a cell signal after smuggling in their phone but their battery has 1 bar. Trying to log on to that instant messaging service to get out a plea for help.
Or maybe they're all dead and the plane is getting painted to look like some other airline or maybe UPS plane or something.
Maybe it is at the bottom of the Indian Ocean like some "source" suggested. In that case, we'll probably never find it and it'll just be one horrible horrible memory for those families to truly never know what happened.

Military jets shoot the plane down. And it was just a stupid mistake misunderstanding. Now they want to hide facts like their control systems are shitty or something.

So why would you institute a maneuver to turn the plane around BEFORE you even discover the fire? Plus the plane flew for hours after the so-called fire. I don't buy it.
I am surprised they have pinpointed some area W/SW of Australia apparently the size of Italy that they will be searching. I just don't get why you'd input these change of coordinates just to end up flying for hours into the middle of the ocean. Doesn't make sense to me.

I guess it could be because it is basically a dictatorship and they are trying to use this tragedy to blame the opposition or something. Or it could just be they don't know what the hell they are doing.
