This movie was so sweet and charming. It was also incredibly touching - it reminded me a lot of Celeste & Jesse Forever meets Lars and the Real Girl. Zoe Kazan and Jake Johnson were both effortlessly appealing and had great chemistry. I also thought John Carroll Lynch was fantastic in a supporting turn, and I admired the film for taking interesting routes with characters that could have been very one-note. There were several scenes that were incredibly heartbreaking but for the most part this film has a great spirit to it and ends up being quite uplifting. My grade could certainly go up - I see absolutely no reason why this shouldn't find a distributor and get at least a decent platform release. Highly recommended. A-
