 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
Marc Gasol out indefinitely. Even without Gay I thought Memphis was good enough to make a run through the West. This ends that idea. Should be an easy round 1 match for Denver or L.A. Stephon Curry might be injured as well. So by season's end the Wild West could be just as full of first round beatdowns as the Easy East.

Sixers are #33 to tie the record. I hope they take it down. But realistically, it's either Bulls or Spurs.

About time.
Now Miami won't lose another game (I'm including the playoffs). I'm half-serious.

I thought for sure they were going to lose to SA given that LeBron and Wade were out. Nope. Chris Bosh to the rescue!

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
Kobe tore his achilles and is out for the rest of the year at the very least. What sucks most about this is that the Cavs won't get the Laker's first round pick if they miss the playoffs.
Though if they continue to get a 50-16 free throw advantage we have a chance!

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
The history of Achilles recoveries is awful... even if he comes back as a 36 year old in 2014-2015 this is probably the end of Kobe's star days. Was good Mamba...

If anyone can recover from this, come back and win another ring, it's Kobe Bean.

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
It sucks to see this happen to Kobe as an NBA fan, but as a Celtics fan, there's nothing better than seeing the Lakers organization get decimated like this. Kobe's gone for at least a year, Howard's not resigning, and they'll most likely have to trade Pau to get any sort of head start in the rebuilding process.

Come on he'll get a "revolutionary" new surgery technique and make a "miraculous" recovery. A competitor like Kobe will not walk away willingly.

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
That entire second half was a disaster.
3rd: 17 (fine when the other team scores 18) 4th: 8!
And the Celtics bench was out scored 33-4.

Go Nuggets!! Awesome game. Curry can get his shot off in no time. Somehow we pulled out the win!
I am still sad about Gallo ... o the potential of our team ..
