DAMMIT! Well, my clock said 10:42, so na-na.

I'm gonna automatically shoot for the $$$ cause alot of $$$ can buy a good hot piece of ass and in the end, a deep meaningful relationship could result from it along with a Prenup.. :yikes:

Okay!
Love or Money?
Money buys security, money buys freedom. Sure "money can't make you happy" but money can ENABLE you to be free enough to find your happiness. Trust me, I spent 3 years unemployed from 2001-2003... I know this. Self and public worth in our society doesn't depend on who you love or who you marry, it completely depends on how much you can pump back into the system.
Money can enable you to have love. Because quite frankly, as much as all you women and men out there think that you could find your perfect "someone" you generally don't go fishing in tax brackets lower than your own. The bum on 2nd street has love to give too, but nobody will love him in the way in which a man who makes $100,000 a year and drives an Audi gets love.
Sadly, in this instance, I would choose money, because my own happiness and the happiness of my friends and family is more valuable to me.

If you have money you can give it to the 'poor that are in love', then they can have both of the things you mentioned in your first post, mav.
So i'll hope for someone to do that to me.

Sorry Mav but I don't think this is a good question.
Just because you didn't find a TRUE LOVE, you could get someone pretty close - someone you like alot and be very happy.
Maybe a more interesting question is being rich and being married to someone you despised, hated or couldn't bear to see. BUT YOU WERE FORCED TO STAY WITH. Especially you went with the opposite extreme of being poor in the first choice.

I'd go for Love. Everytime. It would bring me things that money couldn't even begin to.

Sigh - FYI, it is just, for me, common sense when I read the question.
Poor & Your True Love vs. Rich & Not Your True Love
or
Poor & Your True Love vs. Rich & Someone You Dispised and Hated.
- Which is the better question?

OK, if you think so as everyone is entitled to their opinions..... but then again I don't agree with your opinions on Stallone and his movies - so no surprise that we differ again.

It's a preference. Anything wrong with that or do you have a problem with opinions?

Lecter, to end this as I am going out the door and you never say anything, (review the above), you had to answer my question to Algren which brought you into the conversation or was it just to hit on me.
So I asked you why you answered the way you did.
