A-. Damon steals the movie with his performance. It is a bit slow at times but i was never bored.

The Good Shepherd

That was a tough watch. So slow. Extraordinarily boring. One of the worst films ever made. Nothing remotely interesting in it. I liked how the paper burned at the end - what an accomplishment, Bobby. Robert De Niro has to be one of the worst directors ever. A Bronx Tale was ok, but this is terrible. This film needed to have dates/years put up on screen to make it easier to follow, and that's just for starters.

Peoples' reviews for this film are LOL. They're too afraid to say that it's crap. Baumers, for example, nothing but negativity about the film yet he says "it's a good film" and gives it 7.5/10. Darth Indiana Bond, he states "zzzz", then gives it a "B". Alex Y gave it a "C" despite his "zzz" comment. I bet you all never gave it a second thought, let alone watched it again. You guys, seriously, you just want to be liked too much. :funny:

I love this movie. I have seen it around 20 times. A great, intriguing, and detailed picture to sit alongside All the President's Men, The Spy Who Came in from the Cold, etc. Super undervalued by most people.

Wow, 20 times! Are you insomniac_dude? :funny:

I jest, I jest.

Seriously, glad you love it. I'll have to watch those other two films you mentioned and get back to you. I've know All the President's Men, but I've only heard of The Spy Who Came in from the Cold, hopefully they have that online.
