It was #1 all-time at Yahoo as I remember (that might be easier than it should be, but it's still something). I kind of doubt Avengers will decrease, I think it's almost flawless as a blockbuster, but it's too early to say.

Re: MARVEL'S "The AVENGERS" In 3D Will DESTROY TDKR At The B Well one thing to note about TA is whatever the sequel will be is likley the only film with a great chance at breaking opening records. After TDKR did not I cannot see any other film hitting 200 million 3-day...
imo TA 2 will decrease but clear 500 million and if then should bring in Spider Man for TA 3.
3 big films guaranteed however Whedon is needed...
Without him I doubt TA 2 will be anywhere near as fun.
