Was that seriously him sleeping in a wooden trunk?! I figured I must have been mistaken. Haha yes. There was a quick shot of him doing that a couple of episode ago too, which including him putting the cover on it as well. Which of course means he's potentially a vampire.

Let's not forget Survivor denotes Leif's profession as "phlebotomist."
i.e. "individuals trained to draw blood from a live person or animal."

 Re: Survivor: One World
Contrary to some people, I'm actually really enjoying this season. Especially now that Colton is gone.
Jonas really didn't seem to make too many errors other than being the smartest person compared to the likes of the rest of the misfits. But that was enough.
Tarzan is super weird and gross. I almost wanted to vomit during Poopgate.
Thankfully, we were spared much of Alicia's awfulness this week.
For once, it seems like all the likable people are in power. Troy (no, I'm not referring to him by his dumb nickname) did well between winning immunity and finding the idol. Jay is cool. Mike seems like kind of an ass but in a way that's not that unappealing for some reason.
Kim is basically the HBIC here. Sabrina and Chelsea both seem to view her as the #1 ally, as do the men in their alliance, so she's in control without being smug about it. Her remarkably positive edit so far suggests she has a strong chance of winning.

The way he just threw his undies in that girl's pot without asking was so hilarious yet horrifying at the same time. Loving the merge with this many people. With so many possibilities, not sure why Jonas didn't play it smarter and go with Christina and other outcasts to actually have a numbers advantage.

It was funny how everybody kept on saying how smart Jonas is. But I didn't see a single smart thing he has done so far. And then he goes and blows it at the tribal. It doesn't surprise me he didn't try to save himself with an actually reasonable plan.

 Re: Survivor: One World
If Kim actually makes it to the end and wins, she will be one of the most deserving winners in Survivor history. That girl is brilliant.
It'll be interesting to see if the men can regain their standing now that the women seem to be running things.
P.S. Mike getting blindsided was way too obvious given the "what could go wrong?!" interviews and noise effects of doom.

 Re: Survivor: One World
It's such a sad group of being when a mediocre scrambler like Kim end up looking like an intelligent person. I kinda like Jay now? I liked the "next 4 votes are coming your way" line as it looks like something interesting could actually happen this season.

I liked the "next 4 votes are coming your way" line as it looks like something interesting could actually happen this season. In what way is Kim a mediocre scrambler? Calling her a "scrambler" doesn't even make sense: she's clearly in the dominant position of the game right now so she doesn't even need to scramble (or hasn't up to this point). I feel like you're mistaking her admittedly low-key personality for being mediocre. She's brilliant. She kept all of her options open, she kept things locked down by convincing Troy and Jay to vote off Mike, ensured that Alicia/Christina voted for Tarzan in case of a) the idol being played or b) to throw off the scent of the all girls alliance. I think she's the best female player since Parvati. Not to mention, she should be commended for wielding all this power and not acting like a cocky asshole about it like most people on this show do. I'm greatly enjoying this season. A few of these people actually know how to play the game, which is pretty refreshing.

 Re: Survivor: One World
Please. You're going all Probst on Kim when he falls in love with some male contestant. So I misused the word scrambler because I was in a hurry. Sue me. But she did a bit scramble when her (badly plotted) plan was near collapsing, no? She has a good strategy (on paper). But I feel like in any other season she would be voted out in this episode. But luckily for her everybody else seems to be stupid. Telling Troyzan that Mike wants him out would be a harakiri move if Troyzan wasn't as dumb as he is. I don't get why would you trust a girl who was always on the opposite tribe from you and not even try to talk with a guy you're supposed to be in an alliance with? Her "plan" reeks of hidden motives. It's not like she played it brilliantly. And then that Chelsea bitch blurts out the Mike plan to Jay in front of Christina and Alicia? WTF? Everything should have been over at that point. Jay was kinda onto something with his "honestly I don't feel comfortable with all you girls here" line, but then he drank from whatever dumb source Troyzan has been drinking and let Kim stop him from telling Mike the girls' plan. Again, it's wasn't a particularly clever stunt she pulled and it wasn't gracefully done. She just had luck being with a group of people that have no clue what they're doing. Otherwise all of this would've have collapsed and she would be seen as a plotter and she would have a huge mark on her back. Gosh. I can't believe I'm saying this but Colton should be here. And compared to Parvati, Kim is in kindergarten. Libs wrote: I'm greatly enjoying this season. A few of these people actually know how to play the game, which is pretty refreshing. LOL. Couple? I'd say none.

LOL, Kat would would be a hilariously horrible winner.
I think Kim made her move too soon and it's gonna bite her in the ass. I mean, she's putting people on the jury that aren't going to look too kindly on her.

Kat is wonderful. I would watch an entire show based around her freaking out about ailments that could start plaguing her body and her use of imaginary words like "rantics."

 Re: Survivor: One World
Still not backing down from my opinion that Kim is the rare female mastermind on Survivor, and that she's most likely going to win.
Troy caught onto the fishiness, but from my vote count at the end of the episode, he actually only had 2 votes cast against him so Jay would've been voted out no matter what. This leads me to believe the women anticipated Troy having an idol, so they certainly thought things through.
I liked Jay, though. He was pretty and seemed to have a relatively good sense of strategy but fell victim to being too trusting. Whoops.
Alicia is still a moron.
I guess if the women can actually get rid of Troy, they'll be the most dominant female alliance since Parvati/Amanda/Cirie and co. in Fans vs. Favorites. We'll see what happens.

 Re: Survivor: One World
Ummm, Jay told Kim about Troy's idol. That's why Jay got the most votes and the votes didn't get split 3-3 on Jay-Troy. Kim is no mastermind. These are just dumb people and she has the luck to have a working brain among these people. If Jay kept his mouth shut and they got 4 votes against Kim things would turn out differently. This way he fucked up. He deserved to go.

All the guys are done for except for Tarzan, who will be a shoo-in for being the Philiip of the final three.

 Re: Survivor: One World
Assuming the women continue ruling the game, I see them taking Tarzan out before the F3 despite his position as the classic awful person to take to the end. The jury will be made up largely of men and I don't think Kim, Sabrina, Chelsea, etc. would risk taking a man to the end.

Kim should bring Christina and Alicia, lmao.

I don't buy Kim as a mastermind either. She's a de facto mastermind maybe, but not a true one. There aren't any better options.
