 Re: The Walking Dead
Well, he is the director of the #1 film on IMDb. Probably went to his head.

And he directed The Mist. Walking Dead is great. Really hope they introduce Tyrese and Michonne this year.

The Mist was a great movie. Even Stephen King remarked that he made his short story better because of the ending

 Re: The Walking Dead
Stephen King also thinks the TV mini-series version of The Shining is better than Kubrick's film.

 Re: The Walking Dead
Actually King is right in that regard about the Shining since the mini-series covers alot more areas that were cut off from the feature film and is more faithful to the books than Kubricks

...I'm not sure what you mean, but I'll just say that The Stephen King ain't got shit on The Stanley Kubrick.

 Re: The Walking Dead
I remember watching the first episode and a half then missed the rest but just last week I ran through the 6 episodes via redbox and I enjoyed it alot. I guess it's like Lost in a way with the flashbacks and obviously the zombies are top notch. The gore is fantastic too but I'm also digging the group's survival. I'm gonna have to be skipping some football on Sunday to watch the second season premiere.

Please kill T-Dawg and give us Tyrese! I don't think Michonne comes till later, so that is forgivable.

 Re: The Walking Dead
I loved the premiere. Loved them stopping amidst all those cars. Loved the herd coming and the terror of the situation. Loved Andrea letting Dale know that she only saved herself so she didn't die with his death on her conscience. Loved the search for the girl. And loved the holy shit ending. I expected the girl to show up. I didn't expect the girl to still be missing and Rick's boy to get shot.
By the way, they should check if Rick's boy isn't a zombie (before he was shot). He was scarily pale.

 Re: The Walking Dead
Next week looks like it could be the best of the series.
Really enjoying this season so far. Even though barely anything happened in this episode.

Pretty boring second episode due to devoting an entire hour to a kid nursing a gunshot wound in bed

Well not much they can do about that, but the last 15 minutes was pretty cool. Next week looks amazing though.

Awesome. It's about time somebody did something to stay alive!!!
But they really need to start moving. And they need more night episodes.
