 Re: Friday Numbers
Amazing hold for MIDNIGHT IN PARIS. Looks like it will be around a while.
Another great hold for BRIDESMAIDS, especially with the theater loss. Next weekend it will see its biggest drop though with the arrival of BAD TEACHER.

Don't try and we'll make you millionaires. you have easily become one of the most unpleasant people on this website. I know you're the type of person who will unconditionally love the Hangover, but don't take it out on me. Fact is, they tried in one sequel and didn't in the other, yet guess which one succeeds?

 Re: Friday Numbers
They tried in Panda 2? Because you liked it more, means they tried?

 Re: Friday Numbers
i am surprised Hangover 2 is sprouting legs. I found it derivative and insultingly obnoxious about its "we know we did this before and we are going to do it again and throw it in your face" approach.
There was a much more entertaining film not shot but talked about - would have really liked to see that. A missed opportunity for them to step it up instead of repeating the same formula to that degree. But then again, LCD (lowest common denominator) beats IMO.

A bit of a creepy MO though - - with 106 posts and a registration date in 2008. So who's got the scoop - - who's this Zuule character?

And a total gross around $140-145 million. It sure as hell won't pass $150 million, IMO...not with Transformers ahead of it.
Terrific for Bridesmaids...but for once, the story of the weekend is not Bridesmaids, but Midnight in Paris. $50+ million total, anyone? Fantastic Four had the first Transformers ahead of it. ...and it didn't even pass $135 million. That proves my point.

That seems the path they will take with the third film.
