 Re: CAPTAIN AMERICA 300 Million Domestic Thread UPDATE: Upon further viewing of this trailer and just how damn good it looks with virtually no complaint across the internet, I've decided this truly has a shot at IRONMAN numbers(the 1st movie) and say this grosses 300M Domestically.. It has a feel good vibe and wholesomeness going for it that makes it stand out from the others.. Nolan should try injecting this sort of feeling in TDKR..

The only thing this trailer assured is that the movie will not bomb completely, though it also assures that I am not seeing anything new/special like the rest of the summer

Re: CAPTAIN AMERICA 300 Million Domestic/Will OWN TRANSFORME Not only do I think this will be the BEST of the MARVEL series in terms of establishing their characters for The AVENGERS, but I'm also predicting CAPTAIN AMERICA to *OWN* TRANSFORMERS 3: THE DARK MOON because it's the 3rd movie in a series that most 3rd movies in a series never do that well and with TRANSFORMERS 3 coming off the disappointment that was TRANSFORMERS 2, this will benefit CAPTAIN AMERICA because it's fresh, it's unique with the setting in WW2(something we've never seen before) and it's NOT a sequel.. Now I'm sure you'll alll disagree, but I've made some very good points to back up my claim...

To increase the bar with virtually nothing to prove and there is nothing new in the market to point a breakout....I mean the trailer has been out for quite sometime and Thor doing well will actually hurt this and other comic-book movies, specially this as this is coming out as last of the slot.
Transformers even with the lowest with 3D will do $350m..there is NO WAY this owns TF3. BKB you should have stuck with your guts and not make this look like another one of your insane clubs...I still respect your Thor club even though I know it is not going to succeed but that was NOT insane club (it still isn't)
