That makes sense. Being the only (hot) male in the Best Looking category would certainly earn you enemies in high places...

What, really? Best looking? Are you all insane? Or blind?

Oh stop it, you're a handsome fucker and no one can deny it.

Looking back at the list of previous nominees on page 5 of the 2007 nominees thread reveals that that is actually...not true. How convenient that you have been "trying" to help snrub in this thread and all your convenient "advice" has failed to resolve his problem. And now your alleged motive for loyal being behind this turns out to be false. Obviously, it is you who is behind this and I think snrub will soon see. I haven't figured out how yet, though...

Maybe it's time to bring in Tony?

This goes far deeper than I thought... how do I know I can trust Tony? How do I know if I can even trust you?

You're actually going to take Rod's word over mine? Come on, Snrub, you know I would never do something like this. Besides, what would my motive be? Clearly, it must be someone who is jealous of you. Why would I be jealous?

Um, hello? Word on the street says you're female.

Obviously this has to do with Freud's penis envy theory.

Hmm... Interesting theory.

However, I will go with the jilted lover theory.

Hmmm... Rod and Jujubee both make very good points. To the point that I have decided to trust neither. Instead I shall place all of my trust in Squee.

Now, as the thread has been lacking a bit these last couple of pages, back to the melodrama!

Don't change anything! You're all beautiful butterflies!! It's not you, it's me!! Of course I'll call! Oh woe is me!

I wish I were lucky enough to be Snrub's jilted lover. :(

But everyone knows Freud is full of crap.

XP professional... I couldn't find my original copy, so I had to use one someone nicked from work. It registered fine and dandy once I got my internet working, although it did have a shitload of updates to download when I shut it down last night.

Much appreciated redspear. I think I'll miss you most of all.

Honestly, I have no bloody idea what's wrong. My PC is working perfectly fine aside from accessing KJ. All I'm getting is that bloody little arrow.

As I said earlier, I do occasionally get the main forum to load up, but that's it. Clicking on a sub-forum like The Water Cooler or Halo, Wii Should Talk results in the same little < and nothing else.

You remembered our song... I didn't even know we had a song, but you remembered it. :tears:

I tried talking to my ISP way back when, but they always blamed it on software. Spent £20 on the phone to a helpline to no avail. Right now, everything's perfectly fine except it just refuses to connect to KJ. I'm just so sick and tired of being forced to use this laptop.

This is the end... beautiful friends. the end... :tears:

Have you tried making a new username, a new account here? And seeing if that in anyway helps?

Wait, isn't this a bit like someone complaining that their stolen car doesn't work?

Usually when you go to Firefox in Programs under the Start menu, there's an option for safe mode.

Make sure all firefox windows are closed first, then go to Programs > Mozilla Firefox > Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode)

A little box should appear and you click the continue to safe mode option. Once firefox pops up type in KJ and see if it loads. Safe Mode basically disables all applets and plug-ins on the current firefox install which can cause issues with certain sites. Personally i doubt KJ is one of those sites but it doesn't hurt to try.

Well, technically it wasn't nicked, it was given. The company was upgrading to Vista and handed out the unused XP discs they had to their employees because they no longer needed them. As I couldn't find my original disc, I decided to try out that one. It was unused and paid for, so it shouldn't be a problem really.

As for making a new username, I can't even view the forum while logged out. So I don't know if it'll work. I'll give it a try though. :)

Dearest ___Snrub____,

This non-personalized form letter is being generated due to your request for tech help from TonyMontana. We here at the TonyMontana Institute for Technology (TIT) often mistakenly get requests for tech help because we could not think of a better acronym that led to the word "tit".

We specialize in woman boobs and cheap beer, but really can't offer much advice in the way of technology. Still, we hate to turn a deaf ear to a cry for help, so we offer these personal tips from TonyMontana that utilize everything he knows about fixing a computer.

#1. Be sure it's plugged in to an electrical outlet (not a telephone one).
#2. If you live in country like Britain or London, be sure to use their different type of power cord.
#3. Locate the power button and turn computer on.
#4. If it still doesn't work, turn off and repeast #1-#3 until it works.
#5. If you give up on #4, buy a new computer.

We hope this helps you in your endeavor. If we can give you any advice on cheap beer or woman boobs, please let us know. We have an eager staff on hand to assist you.

Thank you,
The TonyMontana Institute for Technology
