 A "24" Twist Question: Turn Jack Bauer Into A Villain??? One defintely has to applaud FOX for bringing back the awesomeness of the show "24", even in it's 7th season.. That's 7 years worth of Jack Bauer saving the world from a major crisis complete with product placement thrown in for good measures like FORD trying to hawk their lineup of trucks.. But as we all know, some things DO have to come to an end and so far, it's being played out to have Jack Bauer bite the big one from the nerve gas poison he has in him and all this talk of stem cell research saving his life which could be questionable either way.. But what if the makers of the show "24" decided to do the unthinkable, the unspeakable, and have Jack Bauer turn badguy with his reasoning that he's lost alot of people he loved over the years and that he simply SNAPS.. It happens.. People go off the deep end and if anyone has the right to go off the deep end, it's Jack Bauer for all the situations he's had to endure throughout the years that would've killed the average guy.. So in the end, if FOX decided to go this route and make Season 8 the Final Season of "24" and have Jack Bauer become a villain and kill him off, would you support this or not?? Remember that you can do more creatively with the "Villain" then you can with the "Hero" and their running out of steam... Jack Bauer can only save the world SO MANY TIMES before it becomes stale..

Re: A "24" Twist Question: Turn Jack Bauer Into A Villain??? I would give them props for doing this but I don't ever think it's going to happen. Jack's used as the barometer for what's good in the world, and is obviously the main character of the show.
Everything we've seen to this point shows that he would never betray America and do anything to harm it. Having that happen would ruin the character I think.
