I'm excited. To get ready, I've been re-watching the original series on YouTube...I remembered it was wonderful, but not how wonderful. The original boasts a letter-perfect premise (tying the central character arc so perfectly into the "romantic anthology" idea was the stroke of genius), two sizzling leads and great banter that would make the writers of Moonlighting (two of whom worked on Cupid) jealous. I've apparently never gotten over that huge crush I had on Paula Marshall when I was thirteen. If I'm going to miss anything about the original, it's her. I'm choosing to pretend the remake's negative reviews don't exist. How could Rob Thomas fuck this up? Is it Sarah Paulson? |

I might watch it online but I don't have particularly high hopes. I like Bobby Cannavale and Sarah Paulson, though. |

I don't plan on watching but I hope this does well enough to be on the air long enough so we can see a Paul Rudd guest star stint (as Bobby and Paul are best buds  )

I'm almost thinking why bother? It's only going to be canceled. I'm more inclined to check out his other show, Party Down, on Starz. |

I'm checking out Cupid. Also Party Down is OKish IMO. Might be hilarious to people who like Curb / Entourage / Eastbound & Down etc. type of shows. |
