Post subject:  How much longer will "American Idol" last?
The ratings supposedly are declining every year but the show still does really, really good. How many more years do you think are left in it before it finally becomes too expensive to justify the ratings (because of Cowell's insane salary demands)?

It's still the highest rated program on TV. It's not going anywhere for a while.

I don't see it going anywhere at least until the format of TV changes or something. I mean, it already is... I mean until something drastic happens.

What do you mean the ratings have been declining every year? They declined like once.
