LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) "FOX has opted to pull Wednesday's installment of "Bones," which apparently deals with a murder on a college campus. In its place, a repeat of "Aliens in a Spaceship" will fill the hour. It's not clear when the pulled installment ("Player Under Pressure") will air." That explains why tonight's episode was a rerun when I could have sworn they advertised a new episode last week. Do you agree with their decision?

The problem is, the show has had more continuing plotlines as of late and it might not make sense if aired next season. They may be better off just airing it during the summer or in 2 weeks or something.

Thats sort of scary now you mentioned it. Pretty much any show with David Boreanaz will coiencide with current tragedies

It actually happened with two episodes - "Earshot" and "Graduation Day, Part 2" (the third season finale). Both were pushed back because they dealt with similar topics. The finale aired sometime in July and the "Earshot" episode aired in August right before the new season started.
