Poor Andy Barker. It certainly doesn't help being wedged in between five Office repeats, but it's not like the ratings were stellar before. So, I guess this will end up being another Andy Richter experiment gone bad.

As for The Office, is the 3.8 the average of what each show got? How is that figured?

I think it's the average of all five episodes. I assume the 8-9 ones performed around where The Office repeats usually are, which is no where near that low.

probably averaged the 5 out to get that.

csi repeats better so probably. If you compare their new episodes though grey wins.
