Raines, Jeff Goldblum's new show

Looks pleasant to me, not great, not bad. I like Goldblum, it reminds me of those shows like Monk and Psych but with better production values. March 15, NBC

I'll probably check it out, but it reminds me of Ghost Whisperer, except with the whole detective thing.

I never, ever thought Jeff Goldblum was attractive, but then I started seeing these ads and for some reason I think he's freakin' hot.
Help, please?

I got bored with it half way through and watched something else. It's not awful, but do we need a 100th detective/cop show at this point in time? I'd rather see Goldblum in one of those Invasion/Threshold type shows, they could tailor one to fit him.

I just started watching it. It looks great. I'm not sure if it'll be a great addition to NBC's schedule, especially as a midseason series. There's not a whole lot going for it to make sure it lasts longer than one season.
What depresses me is that a show like Millennium came way before its time. If it had debuted just five years later than it did, it would probably be a big hit.

I second that. I like Goldblum a whole lot and I think a series that'd cast him (once again) as a scientist or something like that would be a good fit for him.

Just finished it. Yeah, it's a little long in some parts, but overall, I really liked it. I'm definitely going to tune in next week. Jeff Goldblum is strong enough to carry the series. And in a TV universe overflowing with strong male leads, Goldblum is above average.
There's a certain thing at the end that I saw coming a mile away, though. But, it still was a very good pilot.
