Post Jericho?
Could someone please explain to me how such a killer concept could be screwed up so badly? I only heard about this show last week because its starting over in the British Isles in January annd their running a few adverts. I love post-apocalypic storylines so I decided to download a few episodes and God did I regret it. The damn thing has some of the worst writing and characters i've ever seen, and I just wanted to shoot half of them by even the first episode.

Annoying as hell kids
Characters that wouldn't even work in a daytime soap opera
Horrific Walton's style moments
It seems everyone is an idiot. Huh fallout whats that? and lets spout inane dialogue about terrorism and the like.
The fact that the place reminds me to much of the idiotic ending to Damnation Alley with its sunny weather and generally clean state

I know this seems like an unnessesary post but why is it this genre can never be done right on TV? its infuriating.

It's sad that such a stupid little town survived.

I quit watching it after some 5-6 episodes.

For some reason, I kept watching. The show becomes watchable at Episode 8 or 9 (11 episodes aired so far), but it's far from a good show.
