Of course, when they put new shows in their place to avoid horrible repeats, they do even worse. Unfortunately, the only real solution to horrible repeat ratings is for all networks to have line ups like CBS. |

I always thought having something like VH1's "pop up video" might help. They should just air reruns, but spend maybe a few hours just adding little DVD like tidbits throughout the repeat, over interesting facts during the show. I wouldn't mind sitting through an episode again, with something even that little added in. That's why DVD's are so popular. People like all of the bells and whistles, and added stuff. I don't think having a similar situation for repeats on TV would hurt either. Just on DVD, there's alot more room for extras... |
