Well, happy for 24, sad for BSG missing...but then again, it would be in for its second season, which second part wasn't that great. Or even good. |

Dempsey and Pompeo are the least deserving of the cast, and there are at least three supporting actresses who I would nominate before Heigl. I still don't get why The Office never gets any supporting noms. |

I still don't get why The Office never gets any supporting noms. Vote splittage for Actor, and Fischer isn't either A) a manic nut (Perkins) or B) has a big crying scene (Heigl). However, Masi Oka's nom kicks ass. |

Yeah I hope Masi Oka actually wins it but I doubt he will. Also Heroes got a nomination for Best Drama. IMO I don't care who wins between 24 or Heroes I'm happy. I doubt any of them will win though. |

jeers for Dexter not being nominated for best drama but at least Michael C Hall got a nod. I wish that show would have gotten a nod over Grey's, Big Love and somewhat Heroes although I love that show. It reeks of people's choice awards most of those nominations |

No Globes are on notice. If they don't fix their glaring mistakes in the next 24 hours, they risk being dead to, not only me, but the rest of the respected KJ members. Globes, you have one Jack Bauer day to fix everything. Moving on... [/Colbert] |

I really hate that the Supporting categories go to TV, Miniseries and Made-for-TV Movies. People like Jenna Fischer, John Krasinski, Gregory Itzin, Jean Smart, and others lose out. I thought the Globes would be the awards show that would nominate Kristen Bell over... Patricia Arquette? Evangeline Lilly? Ellen Pompeo?! I don't even understand the recognition for Arquette. I watched Medium a few weeks ago, and that cannot be considered acting. And I'm sorry to Lilly, but flip-flopping between Jack and Sawyer is not good acting. And Grey's Anatomy fans themselves say that Pompeo is far from the best part of the show, and the show is named after her! |

Much as she deserves it, I think Bell will continue to be out of luck until she moves on to real network tv or is in a movie that doesn't suck. I'm resigned to the fact that VM will never get any recognition. Though I have a teeny tiny bit of hope that iTunes will do for VM what it did for The Office. |

Great for Weeds and one two punch of Elizabeth Perkins and Mary Louise Parker. Rooting for them to win their Globes, most deserved. And good for Ugly Betty. The only new show I like (I have to watch Heroes though). In drama category it's good to see Michael C. Hall, but Dexter certainly deserved a drama nod. And Patricia Arquette is a masterful actress compared to Evangeline Lilly. I don't watch Grey's so I don't know how Ellen acts so I won't jin bashing. Overall, understandable nominations, but some of them are not deserved. |

I actually like most of the nominations, probably because I watch nearly every show nominated in the main cateogires (24, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, Lost, Desperate Housewives, Entourage, Ugly Betty). |

Dexter's absent Drama nom is worrying for a Michael C. Hall win. The Golden Globes really are, umm, quite pathetic. I'm referring more to their categories but the nominations (though I like some of them) are just, I dunno... it's like there's absolutely no weight to winning a Golden Globe. It's purely a popularity contest. Heigl over Chandra Wilson and Sandrah Oh? ![]() And I'm REALLLY sick of seeing Eva Longoria snubbed. I think she was nominated last year (and that's been her sole nomination with the Globes/Emmys combined). Other than that... great for Lost and Heroes and Ugly Betty!! Hmmm... Rescue Me seems to be missing. ![]() |

I agree that Wire missing and definately Dexter means that the Golden Globe choices for best drama looks like that crappy People's choice awards |

I'm happy with Best Drama, with 24, Heroes, and Lost. Big Love was good, I really enjoyed it. But I would have preferred Dexter, Veronica Mars (although that's unrealistic, unfortunately), Prison Break or Deadwood. |
