Since Mav isn't here to boast about BL, I will. I think that's actually better than Brothers and Sisters has been doing. I wonder if a move is in order for Boston Legal...

Really happy with DH numbers.... though I wished it topped 22 million.
Boston Legal did slightly better than B&S... about less than a million more viewers.
I wonder how B&S does next week without a fresh DH

Good for Desperate Housewives. I hope ABC broadcasts other programming in DH's timeslot in December so that reruns don't bring its average down too much.

Because they need to sell ad spots for all year round, not just during the new episodes. Though they should probably have two different scales, but in that case, the repeats would have such low averages, and there are only 22 weeks a year with new episodes, so it probably wouldn't make the most sense money wise.
