BUMP for tonight's FINAL Episode of a show that should've ended probably when Topher Grace left the show and that show is THAT 70'S SHOW.. Last Thursday, I was sort of Duped with how FOX marketed the retrospective titled THE FINAL GOODBYE thinking the episode was then, but it's actually tonight.. I read on Myspace.com where they assemble the original cast again and do away with the new cast from Season 8, meaning the Peter Frampton lookalike Donna was seeing in favor of FOX doing the right thing and bringing back Grace as Eric Forman, the heart and soul of the show, to put closure on his relationship with Donna.. I've read it's a tearjerker and quite a sendoff with one last sit in the 360 Circle..
Overall, the 3 major complaints I had with this Finale were: 1) Lack of Topher Grace.. 2). Jackie and Fez getting together which makes her look like "Damaged Good's" after being with Kelso and Hyde throughout the 8 year run and finally, 3). No interaction between Eric Forman and his parent's when he came home.. Instead, it was from the touching speech he gave Donna in the driveway, then down to the basement in the circle to get high, then the mother yells down to them that it's almost midnight, so they run upstairs and you hear the countdown to 1980 with 10 seconds left and the final shot of the basement where they all hung out for 8 years, then it shows the license plate at the end of the show that read "THAT 70' SHOW and the tag reads 1980.. It was good, but could've been better I suppose, but of course, this show will live on in Syndication heaven..
