NBC's Tuesday Schedule, Effective March "Joey" returns at 8pm on March 7th, with reruns airing at 8:30 from March 7th-21st. It replaces "Fear Factor", which returns this summer. "Teachers" debuts at 9:30pm on Tuesday, March 28th after "Scrubs". "Scrubs" rerun episodes will move to 8:30pm beginning March 28th. NBC will continue to air "The Office" through May 11th, where it will air its season finale on that specific date. The previously announced season finale date was Thursday, March 30th, but now the show will continue for the rest of the season, airing original and encore broadcasts in the time period. To be perfectly honest, I hope something works out on Tuesdays. If that means a third season of "Joey", so be it. But, I especially want more "Scrubs". I hope NBC can do something here in comedy, because not only is comedy dead, but NBC is dead. Long live Earl, Office and Scrubs! |

Scrubs is the type of show that killed sitcoms. |

(I was kind of bummed it'd be ending in March.) The iTunes thing, which has gotten a lot of attention in the past couple months, was a great move. |

Teachers would have done much better airing after My Name Is Earl. I have this feeling NBC will axe all three of the Tuesday sitcoms Joey, Scrubs, and Teachers at the end of the season. |

They're great! For two shows stuck in a horrible time-period (against two monster shows), they're doing very well. They are the diamonds in the rough this year. I really hope by this time next year that both are big hits. I just hope Steve Carell doesn't end up being the death of the show by signing on to a million movies. |
