Thanks, PosiJon. I'm still amazed at NCIS (yeah, I know who I sound like). I can't really tell if Earl and Office are up or down. Mediaweek's numbers often differ from Zap2It's and Futon's numbers.

I checked the Zap2it archives ( Here), and they look on par with the numbers for the last episodes, which went on to get 12M and 8M viewers. And NCIS' are also on par with the last two weeks, despite Bones coming back. DAMN.
And I'm known as PoJo at Oscarwatch.

POJO!
I hope The Office is doing okay. I know Earl is fine, but Office should be doing great, too.

YAY! Go House! That's a great ranking for its first new episode after an entire month of pre-emption.

How did Bones do compared to other episodes? And I wish they would just put House on before Bones to help it out already!

Quite on par but considerably better than what House did before American Idol led to it. Don't worry, AI will be Bones' lead-in on january.

That will help it for sure, but it was still stupid of them to expect it to lead the night when they had a big hit coming on after it that just as well could have been on before it. That has to be one of the absolute dumbest moves of the season.

Isn't it?
Just like Arrested Development leading-in on Mondays...

It's about time the Tuesday numbers were released. House did well, as expected. I could see 'House' lasting 7-9 years or longer really, depending on how long Hugh Laurie wants to do it. Speaking of which, that's kind of the pitfall of having a show named after a character, because he can't leave or else the show would have to get canned. With something like ER, characters can come and go and it will still keep going.
"Bones" did considerably less than "House." It really needs that AI lead-in come January.

Added WB and UPN numbers. And those EHC repeats got the best ratings for the timeslot since the "R U the Girl..." finale at the beginning of the season.
And according to n ABC press release, CiC got 14.5M viewers, House 13.3M Boston Legal 11.3M and Close to Home 9.3M. That's a series low for CiC, but a record rendition for BL.

More viewership numbers:
NCIS - 17.9M (On par with last week. ?!)
MNIE - 12.2M (On par with last week too)
The Biggest Loser - 9M (A season best, I believe)

House hasn't been around for a while, that's probably why.

Yeah, I was certain it was going to dip below 15M when House returns. It showed just how much of a presence it is in that timeslot when it went on baseball hiatus. It should stay about there for a while. However, taking that into consideration, MNIE should be credited for staying level with last week and not dipping it 11M, its numbers when House was last on.

People probably stopped watching Commander in Chief because they dropped the storyline with the son being gay . That's why I stopped . I was only watching for him. The politics stuff bored me. It would go in one ear and out the other. I just didn't really care what was happening. I only loved the first episode.

That's actually kind of a pathetic reason to watch a show, if you ask me. That's like going to a movie just to see the trailer for a Star Wars film. You can get your fix elsewhere (like on the internet, where trailers are released almost right after they debut in theatres, sometimes simultaneously).
