I think there is a chance that we could see Libby again in Desmond's episode...

Why do all of you keep watching Lost if you hate it so much?

The constant negativity and bitching about everything really pisses me off, I'm sorry.

If you don't like it, keep that shit to yourself instead of raining on everyone else's parade every goddamn 5 seconds.

Wow.

How about blaming a bit Lost, and not the posters.

I think she has a bit of a point. I've been hearing the same posters pervasively complain about this show for a looooong time. I don't really get as upset over it as some people, but it's not hard to see how this could get on someone's nerves.

In just this one episode, I think Lost put all this season of 24 to shame.

Oh yes loyal and Nebs, I just went there.

I quit watching Lost altogether, and have been Lost-free now for almost this entire season. It feels so good... I've never felt better! Food tastes better and flowers smell even sweeter... it's wonderful!

Every once in a while in a moment of weakness I want to turn it on to hopefully catch a glimpse of a fascinating Bernard and Rose flashback episode, but I remember those dark days and supress the urge.

I just thought I'd share my success story with the rest of you, and let you know that you can break free and become a better person.

Okay so they got another Entertainment Weekly cover (their 6th?).

I read the article and, uhhh, ya I'm just about where I was with season 2. I can't wait to see what they have in store.

Main things about the article was that the creators admitted they sorta screwed up with the first 6 episodes but that they promise season 3 as a whole will more than make up for it. They really think it's gonna be pretty damn great. They say they definitely know the endgame but no big answers will come till the end probably. And they do hint that they've known the endgame since season 1 and have proof of it (as it will reveal itself later on). Some minor spoilers and teases about upcoming flashbacks and what-not.

I'm so pumped. I really hope they don't disappoint.

Oh and Lindelof said, as he once did somewhere else, that the ideal end for him would be at around the 100th episode (that will be like beginning of season 5) but I highly doubt it. I can see them seal it off with 120 which would finish off a 5th season but only 4 complete seasons? I don't see that.

they also hinted that next season will have a 24-like run.

doesnt ring a bell.

Did I get the names wrong? It's been a while since I watched. The old couple that was separated from the two halves of the plane... one was the black lady and the other the old white guy. They were fascniating characters and I'm certain their backstory would be tremendous.

Are you sure you're not talking about the young brother and sister. Or the guy with the fake beard?

Where's Libs? She can help sort this all out.

I thought the guy with the beard was really the crazy girl in the forrest who hangs out with the doctor's dead dad and the dinosaur smoke monster?

Bernard and Rose are the white husband and black wife, Loyal. She used to have cancer before arriving on the island. They had a flashback episode.

Well I don't mind people saying something negative about a Lost episode, because I think that if I don't like an episode as a fan, I should be able to post in here and say so. But other weeks I'll say that I really enjoyed an episode. But if every week someone complains regularly, its just detracting away from alot of the people who enjoy the show/dislike some episodes, but at least want to talk about it with something different, and a new opinion every week. Coming into the room with the same opinion every week just seems pretty closeminded to me...

This is about the person who dies. Desmond is suppose to tell that person they are a goner next week. We can rule Jack out and all the others becuase they are no where near Desmond at the moment. My guess right now is Charlie. I think his character has no where left to go, and the have said the death will shock us. Charlie has been a popular character and him dying would be shocking, IMO.

That would be bliss.

I've been hoping for Charlie's death literally since season one, he's been my least favorite character since the very beginning.

Heh well I used to really like Charlie but he has kind of flipped out in the last season and half. I liked him better before he went trying to get high again.

I tend to like characters that do something. Unfortunately, for the originals, that's only Kate, Sawyer and Jack...

I would throw in Locke though he has done a lot in the show, IMO. I would say Sayid but he hasn't done much recently. I am hoping he does something in the coming weeks. The TV guide article mentioned that they had some neat things planned for him.

As almost all deaths on this show have been rather telegraphed, so please please please don't say "THIS WEEK SOMEONE DIES" unless it's in spoiler text.

I agree, sometimes you can surprise us, you know!

When you don't expect it the death is more impactful.

SUN AND JIN DIE NEXT WEEK.

I think we should get a "Bitch and Moan About Lost" thread for Loyal, bABA and Nebs. Y'know, since they JUST CAN'T LEAVE THE SHOW and just can't stop telling us that it's IN THE SHITTER.

is this the first time ever that tv producers have admitted they fucked up while the show in question is still airing?

It's practically become a sport for creators in the last ten years, what with the boom of the internet and sudden voice granted to whiny "fans." It's all covered brilliantly in the "Itchy & Scratchy & Poochy Show" episode of the Simpsons from season 8.

[spoil]I hate them. And everyone knows that I represent the people. You didn't know that? Not surprising, since you didn't know everybody hates Nikki and Paolo.[/spoil]

Time travel flashbacks?

I'm gonna need to see some more of this before forming an opinion, but...huh.

It breaks from the formula of every single episode. I like it! (also helps that Desmond is my favorite character right now)
