Hmmm, I actually think what most (including me) have complained about being a bore in the past (Susan and Mike's storyline) has actually come to be one of the most solid storylines throughout all 3 seasons. I think, in retrospect, the evolution of that storyline has been pretty smooth.
On the other hand, what I thought was a solid storyline up to the beginning of this season (Carlos and Gabby) I'm starting to think the writers just ran out of ideas for and are just stalling to figure out what they want to do. I mean, Carlos really hasn't had much to do since he moved out. I have a strong feeling she is gonna end up marrying that guy from Jack and Bobby though.
Rex narrating was a nice change but honestly, there was almost no actual point to it. It served no purpose. It was very Mary-Alice-esque and could have just as well been delivered by her.
I really wonder where this Danielle storyline is going. I'm so sad Bree was absent during this whole thing. Imagine the one-liners she would have had.

I like Mike. I hate Ian with a passion though.

Well, this week's episode was essentially "Desperate Househusbands", so it makes sense that he narrated it.
I actually liked Mike before the coma, but he's been a bit of a bother ever since. He sorta just stands there, with his eyebrows lowered in confusion, wondering what's going on.
But Ian? I'm not into Ian, either. We all know Korrgan's only reason for liking Ian is the accent.

I like Ian and hate Mike.
Mike's story has been so repetitive and annoying. I don't give a shit how many times this guy's been to prison, he's still not that interesting. His bad-boy image is kind of old too...

I caught up on the recent episodes online. I haven't watched the show in over a year, and forgot how good it can be. At least I found it online. I've just about entirely given up on watching primetime TV.

I kind of...like Edie and Carlos as a couple. I'm glad they're finally giving Edie more to do.
It's mildly depressing how boring both of Susan's love interests are, as attractive as they may be.

Edie and Carlos are my two favorites, so I'm cool with them getting together.
There was a lot of clothing removal going on in this episode by the Edie and Gabrielle, which I was also cool with.

Just watched last week's episode and REALLY loved it.
I think Gabby was hillarious. It surprises me just how consustently sharp she is. I really wonder where they are going with her. Is that guy gonna be a regular? Every character he seems to play has this arrogance to him which I don't like.
I thought some of Susan's stuff in this episode were her best this season. When she walked in on the father-in-law, I thought that was soooo hillarious and then her making all those references in the end ("no topic I will not a-dress") were really funny.
And Edie and Carlos together sounds kinda interesting. That last scene with her stripping down was really good. I liked seeing this new side of Edie. And I fell for it too so I hope she's not just using him as she wanted to earlier.

Hmmm.. I didn't think last night's episode was that great. Tom being a bitch was soooo annoying. I'm already a bit tired of Gabrielle's storyline but am kinda getting into the Carlos/Eddie one. I really hope Ian is gone by season 4.
I'm having Bree withdrawal symptoms. And what on earth was that last scene with Ms. Mclusky? I though she was going to die at the end of the episode with all the focus on her being lonely and all but I wasn't expecting THAT... and after watching Disturbia the night before, I was taken aback.

I usually only like hating Edie, but here I think she works even when I don't. Some really interesting scenes between them so far. Although they are far from boring when they go face to face. I hope for more scenes like the poker one.

Oh and Ian's father. I thought that was hilarious. "Under garments of secrecy." When his wife implies that he had an affair because he was buying women's clothes that were not her size.....lol
And that part with the grill outside.

Jesus, that took Susan long enough. I've been waiting for her to pull a "I choose me!" and dump her two zombie boyfriends for months now.
I miss Bree.

Awesome episode.
Poor Mrs. McCluskey.
And, what the hell is up with Asshole Tom? Why did he become such a raging prick within two episodes? I almost want Lynette to dump him and hook up with the other guy.

Wow, can they kill Tom some how? I've always kind of disliked him, he's always been prickish. Tonight only proves that. He was totally mean to Kayla.
And Lynette and Rick have nice chemistry. I liked him more in his two eps than I ever have Tom. I really hope they have an affair.
And was that the chick from Fraiser?
And when the Hell is Bree returning?!?!

Hmm. I haven't been enjoying the last couple episodes that much. Theu don't seem to be as self-contained or wound up with wit and sharpness like Housewives can be.
I need Breeee!!!! Please tell me she will be back before the season is finished. Anyone know when she will be returning?

Okay I'll bite. What happened to Bree? For those of us familiar with the show who don't follow it closely.

She's on maternity leave. She had twins like a month or so ago.
She has been absent for at least the past 3-4 episodes and had minimal part to play in the couple of episodes preceeding her departure.
As far as storyline goes... she's on her delayed honeymoon (the one she and Orson never took). I just don't know how long her leave was supposed to be for abd whether she will be back for the finale.

Actually there was one line in this episode that had me rolling on the floor almost. It was when Edie said something like... "I hate all this sneaking around, it makes me feel like I'm 12 again." And it didn't hit me till Carlos was like, "12?"

It's been confirmed that Marcia Cross is returning for the season finale. I agree, Wisteria Lane has not been the same without her!

I can't wait for DH tonight. This weekend has been unusually boring for some reason, dunno why. I need something entertaining!

Anyone else kinda love Kayla/Kaitlyn? I think it's Kayla. As much as I like Lynette, I do want to see her get her comeuppance for how bitchy and condescending she has been in the past.
And ugh, stupid, stupid Susan. IAN IS HOT AND HAS AN ACCENT!! MIKE IS OLD!! Dumbass!!!
