I don't want to set myself up for disappointment, I really don't, but I'm having serious thoughts and feelings that they might actually give Best Actress to Marcia Cross and not Hatcher. Oh, how I wish!!!!
This thread really died down when it should have peaked, lol. They Always release nominees too far apart from actual award show dates!
Oh well, can't wait... it's tomorrow night!

I think people have built up Marcia Cross' performance so much in the Emmy hype that she can only dissapoint next season. I mean everyones been heralding her as the true star of Desperate Housewives; and midseason in i agreed she was really the star; but since then Hatcher has really being showing her acting chops and comic capibilities and i think people are categorically under-rating her because shes the lead AND the comic relief.

Oh well, can't wait... it's tomorrow night! Maybe bec. a lot of people are predicting that it's a sure thing Lost-Housewives-Hatcher would win. If both Lost and Housewives win... that would really be something!!! ABC in full force... it should provide Lost, at least, with a bit better average ratings (last season it averaged around 17 million I think, though twice I believe it peaked above 20m viewers)
