Re: GOTY 2011 General Discussion I haven't played much competition, it was a very good game yes, but I'm only comparing it to nothing else. As someone who only owns a Nintendo console, my video game experiencing sucks, but I did love the hell out of playing Skyward Sword...what else matters?

Uncharted 3 (2 wins) - CCC, Gametrailers
Zelda (1 win) - EDGE
I don't think Arkham City has won GOTY from any major publisher. I thought Gameinformer would have gone for it.

Re: GOTY 2011 General Discussion Could add Dishonered and Assasins Creed 3 to the GOTY contenders with Halo 4 and MAss Effect 3. I personally see it as a battle between Dishonored and AC3 as far as the top prize
