My second favorite Beatles album (Abbey Road being the first). Every song is great, but the album doesn't hold together as well as some of the others. Mostly this is because Revolver is the bridge between the old moptop Beatles and the new psychedlic Beatles, coming as it is between "Rubber Soul" and "Sgt. Pepper." You've got the "older" feeling songs like "Dr. Robert" and "Here There and Everywhere" next to newer sounding songs like "Tomorrow Never Knows" and "For No One."
