Any more on this? This could have ramifications for many of the forums I visit/moderate. It sounds like typical shakedown stuff to me. These guys might as well be running a protection racket. I've been sued before and I told them they'd never see a dime. They didn't, but they sure shelled out a few trying to get one from me. I love this country's laws, but despise its loopholes. |

Thanks for the update. We were talking about this on BOF and I really believe you would win even if you just represented yourself. I think they have to have nothing except the hope you settle out of fear. |
