Another stupid question about avatars

 Another stupid question about avatars I've asked this before, but I need avatar help. I'm trying to change my image, and I "hosted" the particular image.
I still can't figure out how I get the avatar to actually show up.
What do I do?

If so, don't paste the thing that they give you, paste the URL itself. (I think...)

If you look at my avatar, I just changed it by doing that. Make sure you paste the URL ( http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v360/ ... yellow.jpg) that's what mine is, the last box for avatars. If it's not working, I have no idea why not.
