Grill is not the problem here
Hey, y'all. I just popped in and was checking out this forum, and I see that KJ has never learned it's lesson about the mob mentality and "us vs. them" mentality that has been imbedded into this place since it opened, and, of course, the PTB allow it to go on, and even participate. It's always been about favoritisms and cliques, and that's why you're struggling like you are, because people (of quality) have decided that that kind of stuff wasn't for them, and you're left here with quite a bit of posters who are forum poison. Yet, here you are, still trying to assign blame to someone you want to villianize here. Are you really that goddamn bored with your lives? Look in the mirror and ask yourselves what part you played in this board's collapse, and THEN worry about somebody like Grill starting a poll or 12. PRIORITIES!!!! Do you guys stress over such simple things in your real life, too? Good grief... Stop with the mob shit and try ignoring him if he's that much of problem for you to deal with. Everybody wins! Anyway, I guess I'll take this opportunity to give a shout out to my pals here, few though they are. I hope all is well with you. Things are great on my end, and being a dad is something that has been totally worth the wait for me! Awesome experience! Her name is Holly. Take care now, and for Grill and those who try to villianize him, stop and get a better perspective. Find your happiness out there and forget this ongoing nonsense!

Hey, y'one.
We always appreciate an ill-informed, condescending lecture from an internet bully with a series of laughable grudges. Don't fall off that soapbox. We'd hate to you see you be injured.

Maybe he is not BKB's brother but his Tyler Durden.

"Now, you see that is exactly what I am talking about, dwellers of KJ. You gang into your little cliques and pick on people. That is shameful. If only you could all see the light and grow up and get past and forget this nonsense, like I have. To show you how much I have moved on, here are a few paragraphs on how much I hate you."

Tyler Durden is what 'the narrator' longs to be; so Maverikk would be what BKB longs to be: something most people certainly do not want to be.

SanctimonyRUs called, they want their speech back...
Someone who justs pops in certainly won't recognize just how much disruption is caused to the forum by uncontrolled self-bumping and wacked out polls.
Pop off!

You'll come across as more intelligent than you do by following along with the lowest common denominator, no matter how stupid you really are!

Re: Grill is not the problem here
Might as well repost this here....and Mav hit it on the head with his post....but you can see that they can't even comprehend good advice....but as with your western comment about the "mob mentality", we know that most people in mobs are usually the biggest dummies in the bunch.
********************************
FYI, Nothing to be done cause they isn't any problem with me. Check for yourself > viewforum.php?f=2
But I do hope that you will do something with the others here who unless they are 8 year old girls look pretty lame whining and crying about this BS. (College Level 20 year olds, please, give me a break!)
waa, waa, waa. I don't like that thread, I can't just ignore that thread I don't like.
and then there is Lecter who seems to want to fight. As he is one that can dump/spam 15 threads in the Cinema area faster than I can go to the bathroom. He is toooooo funny. Not only starting a site thread about me but commenting numerous times in other places.
Wow Lecter, with 35 threads on the front page and how many are yours, real joke that you bitch about anybody else. Especially me.... As all I am doing is giving some threads different threads to others - general movie talk, limited movies, what are you seeing, best of ...............
So yes Lecter it is pathetic that you can dump 15 threads at a time in the area and not care what others think but you can't just ignore and shut up about a couple that you don't like.
PS. RAISE YOUR HANDS, ???? HATERS OF 10, HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE ME ON IGNORE!!!!!!
LUCKY I DON'T NEED AN IGNORE SWITCH AS I CAN MANUALLY JUST IGNORE ANY THREAD THAT I DON'T LIKE OR HAVE NO INTEREST IN. LIKE MOST NORMAL PEOPLE.

Re: Grill is not the problem here
I love Mav's need to come back every once in a while to defend (insert most annoying poster at the moment). Like go away. I think people can't ignore your threads, Grill, because they're just that idiotic and annoying. And if no one commented, it would just be 10 replies, all by you, and it'd look something like this: Quote: Based on DRAG ME TO H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS coming out this weekend -- what are your thoughts on Spider-Man 4?
**** SELECT ONE OF THE POLL OPTIONS ****
1) DRAG ME TO H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS (Sam Raimi!!! AHH!!) > Spider-Man 4 2) Spider-Man 4 > DRAG ME TO H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS (Sam Raimi!!) 3) DRAG ME TO H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS = Spider-Man 4 4) I think The Proposal will be good 5) I think The Proposal will be better than both Sam Raimi (!!) movies 6) Sam Raimi (!!) movies > The Proposal Quote: OK NOW WHAT
DRAG ME TO H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS ROTTEN TOMATOES = 91% SPIDER-MAN 4 = NO REVIEWS YET THE PROPOSAL = NO REVIEWS YET
DRAG ME TO H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS looking good so far --->> hmmm *** Quote: OK ANY MORE THOUGHTS?
DRAG ME TO H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS Box Office = $30,000,000 ***good opening weekend, i wonder how The Proposal will do***
SPIDER-MAN 4 = $0
THE PROPOSAL = $10 (I ALREADY BOUGHT MY TICKET, MY NAME IS GRILL) ...and so on.

How'd I miss this thread?
I miss old Mav duels. I'm pretty sure Mav enjoys arguing too.
Which is sort-of what he's doing now. Looking for a fight.
