I've obviously been rather naughty toward Michael (and to a lesser extent toward getluv). The bitch deserves it, of course, and I absolutely do not apologize for it, as he's full of it, but it's no way for civilized people to behave now, is it?
And we all know that I should have been banned a long time ago for my behaviour surrounding Heath Ledger's death.
Most users would have been at least warned a long time ago given the circumstances, and it's pretty clear that my past 'good' behaviour has ameliorated some of the possible ill will my recent behaviour has created, but I don't think that's particularly fair. I mean, I recall Dr. Lecter getting banned for something once (spam attack?), and what he did was not nearly as bad (although, again, 'bad' only in that it seems I'm breaking the rules; I don't feel sorry for being rude, I'm sorry to say, heh).
